Anita Alleyne represents buyers, sellers and investors in San Francisco and Emeryville. She was born in London, England, and has made the Bay Area her home for more than 30 years.
She sold advertising for London's Sunday Times, and with a background in teaching communication skills at a Bay Area community college, Anita is a powerful negotiator, with a passion for supporting property buyers, sellers and investors in making educated decisions.
Anita was first licensed in 2002 and has successfully represented clients in almost all of San Francisco's real estate districts, including SOMA, Inner Mission, Potrero Hill, Pacific Heights, South Beach, North Waterfront, South Beach, Visitation Valley, Bayview, and Ashbury Heights.
She was once tasked with finding a home in three days for a judge and his attorney wife who were relocating from the East Coast. Three years later she helped the same couple sell their trendy loft for a move to the affluent city of Piedmont.
Anita has her MA in Communication Studies, from San Francisco State. A lifelong community supporter, Anita was once fundraiser and radio show host for KFJC FM. She currently delivers meals for Project Open Hand volunteers for KQED Telethons and is photographer for Habitat for Humanity.
She also serves as the incoming Chair for 2017 on the Education Committee for the San Francisco Board of Realtors, which helps real estate professionals support their clients better. Anita's enthusiasm for active urban lifestyles makes her a natural fit whether you're buying, selling or investing in San Francisco or Emeryville. When you work with her you can expect a collaborator who responds to your unique needs and challenges in a demanding market.
She can help you with the critical preparation steps, all the way to closing and delivering keys. Her own ventures have included commercial properties in downtown Palo Alto where she also first became a homeowner. Get in touch with a dynamic, solution focused advocate -- Anita Alleyne.
